Sure and reddit isn't always too fair about the way they downvote, but some of his responses aren't in the negatives and they aren't too popular. I think what's annoying people is that we can go to his website and read his platform. We want details, not cable news talking points. Words like "Big government" and "liberty" don't mean shit if they have no details.

The experience showed me an important lesson.. that unconstitutional laws can be passed by Congress and can remain in place, and as long as the government uses litigative judo to keep the cases out of the Supreme Court, it can go on for years or even decades.

You hit the nail on the head. This is really the basis of constitutional law, and we should consider ourselves lucky that 1) The Supreme Court seized the right to Judicial Review early on (Marbury V. Madison), and 2) that we have an effective series of civilian courts (usually). Otherwise we may have found ourselves in much worse conditions by now.

Fascinating how many disclaimers that initial letter had to try to avoid a lawsuit.

Your conclusion would make sense because German units are almost always 1 for 1 better units. Russians win by numbers and superior tactics, and IMO are the harder faction to play generally.

Now I'm sure they'll improve AI but right now it's just a slug-fest. The AI has no semblence of when to attack and when to defend. No idea of where an MG or AT gun should be in their line. I often find a mortar team in the middle of my territory with no support at all...why?

That is to say the current state of the AI is computers throwing units at each other until they are near death, then retreating, with little tactical anything. Since that's the case it's no surprise that German AI often wins..

I said in their AI survey that the AI is too aggressive (it should be aggressive, no suicidal so - ie, running all its men into a defensive position and letting them die without even attempting to flank or retreat). Also light vehicle spam - fuck that. I hate the AI sending a million scout cars and halftracks at me. Especially since they again drive them into dangerous situations and one AT gun can kill a billion of them. I've played AI games and killed like 400 enemies in 30 minutes because they are so suicidal.
