I assume you do a lot of fairly short "scenes" over and over (e.g. get stabbed and fall over). Do you / the crew treat it like a real movie, and do takes with breaks and have the director critique your performance? Or is it more like just keep repeating the action and they'll pick out the best one?

If it's a "legitimate" email, yes. If it's sent out by some spammer's botnet, all that link will do is tell them the email is active.
