The Heart Beat Sensor and Pedometer leave a lot to be desired. The pedometer often tracks no steps for hours and if it does, its consistently shown 20% less than my fitbit tracker. Are there active efforts to improve their function or are the issues related to hardware and therefore these issues cannot be resolved?

They probably had inventory of 100,000 sitting in a warehouse somewhere and were glad to get it on the books finally!

Underbelly/Housing is cracking for users. How is/will this affect the warranty and what is the approach Motorola is taking to a handle these issues?

Ambient On drains battery quickly, so many users have elected to turn Ambient Off. However, the wrist "flick" detection (accelerometer) isn't very consistent. I get about 60% proper detection and often have to flick/shake my arm, or press the center of the screen with my finger to get it to turn on correctly. Additionally, it incorrectly detects wrist "flicks" often while driving, running, etc meaning that it creates additional unintended battery drain. Is Motorola planning on improving this detection so Ambient Mode can be more functional?
