It's where you use games like Runescape, WoW, etc. etc. and you raise the character to high level, lots of gold, etc. then you sell that account for $$. You can make quite a bit of money off stuff like that, my ex used to do it during the summers to make extra cash.

You play video games, have you tried farming or whatever and selling the characters?

Yeah, that's one of the risks, but the payout is good, and I'm sure there are ways to go about it without getting banned. My ex never had any of his banned that I know of. shrug Just giving a suggestion. :)
