Was it that the initial SRS did not give you the outcome you expected (like the surgery went wrong somehow?) or was it that you actually missed your penis and didn't feel right without it? Is it that you actually hated the outcome of your SRS surgery, versus just feeling neutral about it, or did the surgery make it so you actually discovered you liked having a penis?
