Well, I'll tell you what. The fact that you are speaking out does give me room for some hope. After spending so much time, especially over the last few weeks, reading so much garbage, this conversation is like a breath of fresh air.

I have been looking at this ax that is getting ready to fall and thinking, "Why?" I mean, who do you really want to be standing next to on the bus stop or walking past on your way into work? A person who is exploding toxic waste who is hopeless to ever stop, or a person who is exhaling a cloud of vapor?

I am so appreciative of what you are doing and I do hope that other medical professionals come across discussions like this and also weigh in. Thank you! I hope you host more discussions like this one! Gonna go and plaster this everywhere I can now!

Hi Dr Siegel, my dear is that vapers are going to be treated with the same tone deaf dismissal as smokers. I have a feeling that a lot of the anti vaping noise has been sparked by the sharp decline in tax revenue as more and more people give up the smokes, such as myself. I see this as a way to hand the entire industry right back to big tobacco so that it can be controlled and taxed, but it won't be vaping anymore. What are your thoughts on this, and how can we leverage ourselves better when we are being robbed of a place at the table for discussion? We need more medical professionals speaking out like you are.
