I have this exact fear, but ultimately it's a genetic lottery.

You can't know either way my guy. Be as happy and healthy as you can and enjoy your life, cross that bridge when you come to it (hopefully you won't). Nowadays cancer isn't a death sentence and the fact that these two people survived is testimony to that fact.

What signs/symptoms did you have before your diagnoses and did your doctors listen to you?

Allright, worth knowing, I've had hemmehroids before so that makes things more interesting but I guess it's just something to keep an eye on like.
