This is a very culturally in-tuned answer. From my personal experience and that of some friends visiting hong kong over the years, the attitudes of HKers towards who they perceive as mainlanders were crap and are still crap. A table of expats and non-hk canto speaking chinese looking people at a local bar or restaurant (not one of those expat joints) is going to get the worst service.

Big question for you guys - and I saw some comments on various forums on this - why did you make keyboard shortcuts so slow on excel 2013? Used to be alt+h+i+c and instant column add as fast as you can type it, now it's an aggravatingly slow 1-2 seconds. Is this a feature or a bug? Would you consider fixing it? It really does decrease user experience for power users. Thanks in advance for any guidance!

How is the preparedness level of the US Navy in that area? Does an unpredictable and seemingly unprepared commander in chief filter down to the units on the ground? Was the US prepared for the shoot down of its drone or was it caught off guard?
