Would it be the same for a protected left turn arrow? There's this intersection on my way to work that's 3 sec. Green, 3 Sec. Yellow! It realistically only let's one car turn since most idiot drivers take 3 sec to register that the light has turned green. I can see cameras are mounted on all 4 lights but it obviously does nothing for that one lane.

Any uncomfortable hiding spots you had to be in for extended periods? I'm picturing you in some bushes with sharp thorns, a sloppy joe's in one hand, binoculars in the other for some reason.
