Are you ever summoned to testify in court (divorce proceedings, etc.)? If so, how do civil courts view your work?

I wish I could upvote you a few more times for that. As a happy free man four years post-vasectomy I'm a big advocate of that procedure, but a non-barrier contraceptive for men is a fantastic option for guys in stable situations who want to have kids later on.

It bears mentioning that there's a bit of a deadline in play around Obamacare. With the health insurance exchanges having opened yesterday and all the remaining provisions except the employer mandate due to take effect on 1 January, voters are beginning to see the real impacts of the law. If they like it in practice, it seems likely to erode the Republican rhetoric on the issue going into a midterm election, and you can imagine that's an undesirable situation for the party.
