What kind of training do you do? Weights, cardio, drills?

Hey love your work, haven't had a chance to buy or help fund (The kickstarter ended before i knew), but damn your work is really impressive. For the most part, your music definitely catches what it sounds like in the 8-bit music. Questions: 1. Original pokemon fan only, or pokemon fan in general 2. How did you get your start in music, first instrument? 3. I remember reading this somewhere, but did you start this pokemon you thought this would be awesome, or just something impressive to do and satisfy fan needs? 4. Rabbit or Duck?
