Mr. Idle has stated in interviews how horrible the logistics of the production was and how unprepared Terry Gilliam was to make it.

Funny enough Gilliam's failed attempt to make a film version of Don Quixote was instead turned into a documentary of how the production kept running into unforgiving obstacles. It's called Lost in La Mancha and is very insightful on, not only what happens when the wheels fall off a production but just how filming in the industry is.

That dialogue is more funny when I read it in text, thinking about how Lewis says it.

"Here, if you have a milkshake, and I have a milkshake, and I have a straw. There it is, that's a straw, you see? Watch it. Now, my straw reaches acroooooooss the room and starts to drink your milkshake. I. Drink. Your. Milkshake. slurrrrrp I drink it up!"

Jan Hooks deserves much more credit. The skit she did with Alec Baldwin in the diner on SNL was amazing and the writing was brilliant.
