Mechanical Heat Recovery Systems are the absolute tits (great). Did my thesis on Sustainable Architecture (I'm a Construction/ Woodwork teacher).

Basically it takes warm but stale air from the house and uses it to heat cool fresh air coming in through a fan. You can regulate heat and keep the air fresh. Pretty cool stuff.

I'm from Ireland, and let me tell you that we envy your NHS. There is always room for improvement in any healthcare system, but NHS does well for what it costs in taxes or whatever.

Did you have to abstain or keep a certain schedule before or during the study?
