A couple questions from me, sorry if they’re too basic. What is a union? Why do some people like unions and some people don’t? How are unions formed and what do they do?

How did you know you wanted to quit your old job? What did it for you? Am currently at an unsatisfying but high-paying job, have been considering a career switch but it’s scary!
