Would there ever be a skull Canyon nuc with a xeon and ecc RAM? For the size I'd love to use it as a small server

The problem is even If I use thin itx and a sfx psu it still wouldn't be as small as a nuc

Depending on what type arthritis you definitely want to listen to your rheumatologist. Not going on medication WILL cause long term damage and you WILL need joint replacement.
