How are you? Do you like your work?

Can you give me any advice on waking up while not being dead tired? I've tried about anything; from android sleep cycle apps to Philips wakeup lights. Now I'm just sick of it and accept that I have to deal with it, which results in staying up late because it doesn't matter what I do, I'll be tired anyway.
