not op, but I do work with kids in the ICU setting, so death is a common activity for me. first give the parents opportunity to help with one last bath. if they decline, we will do it ourselves put them in the bag. big long checklist(ie calling donor network, mortuary's,discontinuing orders, etc) for infants, the RN will usually just carry down in their arms,if it is a toddler, we will bring a wagon and roll them in that(with a sheet covering). for the bigger ones, we will use a cart to bring them down, log them in, I always say a prayer for them.
