How do you feel about the overarching trajectory of the US healthcare system’s transition to value-based care? If it’s not positive, do you think there are any feasible alternatives to the ever-more-expensive fee for service model?

I read this and thought "that sounds like Mr. Black from my high school..." Lo and behold! You weren't my teacher but I did see your standup in maybe 2007 when you did a show at my tiny college. There were about four audience members in a basement and you definitely joked about that. It's so exciting to see you have a TV movie coming out.. I'll definitely watch that!

Anyway, my question is: what's more awkward, teaching teenagers or performing for four people?
