We can all imagine the sad stories, the horror stories, the amount of human pain you've seen. But what was the most heartwarming call you've ever had?

What were your expectations when you went out there with that sign. I mean, you must have anticipated a reaction, right? How did you think they'd react?

You can't see humour in the mirror though, and I must say, this is by far one of the most humorous AMA's I've read, even though it's such a personal one!
