You may have already answered but what is the advantage of TUBA compared to incision at other sites? Are implants placed beneath the pectoral muscles?

Thanks for re! : ) I realize that the AMA is over, but if you're still on reddit -where are the implants placed? Older procedures placed the implant above the muscle and below the glandular/fatty tissue of the breast. More recent practice prefers dissecting the fascia and placing the implant beneath the pec. major --> is this still possible with TUBA?
