Yeah, I understand now. Basically, both of these syndromes involve a deletion of some sort in chromosome #22. The chromosome is shaped like an X, and the deletion occurs in different segments, thus causing different situations.

You must mean Phelan-McDermid syndrome...
Edit: Downvoted for asking an honest question? I'm almost 100% certain that 22q deletion is Phelan-McDermid syndrome.
