It seems like an all around win win situation. I cant think of a situation in which video of an event negatively impacted getting to the truth of the situation. It would prevent uncessary and strengthen necessary prosecutorial action by District Attorney and encourage police to be honest and fair in their dealings with the public.

It would be huge for struggling neighborhoods around the city if they could actually bring in profitable restaurant business, which is almost impossible without a liquor license.
