I’ve never engaged with this stuff before, so I have a couple questions after reading your guide.
1. Is this meant to be an every night practice?
2.Does drinking/drug input affect lucid dreaming? So if I have a night drinking with my friends, should I still go through the process?
I tend to read every night before bed, basically until I fall asleep. Does that impact the process at all, or can I start doing the deep breathing and muscle tension after reading?
How important is the WBTB technique? I have roommates and don’t want to wake them up with an alarm at 5 in the morning.
