What is the craziest thing you've ever seen backstage that you are willing to share with the group?

My grandpa was in Japan with the Army just after the time you were on the shore of Iwo Jima with the Marines. I've enjoyed reading this Reddit. I can't ask my grandpa these sort of questions since he has suffered from Alzheimer's for the past 12 years. When I was younger I didn't appreciate that I had an amazing source of oral history right in front of me. Well he is still here, he's just unable to tell us anything anymore.
