Had ever a cams got so far away from shore or got lost in a storm and you guys lost them?

What are the signs of high functioning depression? Cause I suspect that I have it, just a suspection cause I can't afford to pay for a therapy dianogstic. I feel unmotivated all the time, my sleep schedule is way off sync, I don't feel rested after my sleep too. My mood is very unstable, though I can still maintain my facial expressions and how I respond to people. I have a job that I somewhat like, and my coworkers always say I am a very cheerful, energized guys, which I always have doubt at cause after teenager I learn how to control my emotions. It's like, I'm at the helm of my life, I don't freak out or let emotions overrun my logic, It feel like everything is under control, when it is not. I don't want a surprise spychotic episode hidden after the doorway. I hope this is still the kind of question you guys answer about. Thank you in advance.
