Have any of you made the switch to mirrorless? I just made the jump to Sony and love it so far my A7Riii makes everything so easy.

Judging by the endless stream of car carriers the past few weeks bringing cars from the north east and Quebec...you don't know what you're talking about. The Russian snow birds will also be here shortly

As someone who is a resident I do find some benefit to the law. Ft Lauderdale has become a mecca for the homeless due to our climate. I'm typically driving through the city for work everyday and am hassled by pan handlers at nearly every intersection, wearing bright shirts showing sponsorship from personal injury attorneys. I don't mind helping but all day everyday at dozens of intersections is out of control. I think this sparked the need for more regulations for homeless. I do see a lot of homeless downtown, I occasionally see them relieving themselves in public or disposing of trash in bushes or sidewalks, like always a few bad eggs ruin it for everyone. We rely heavily on tourism for our local economy and we need to keep a great image to keep attracting tourists. This involves cleaning up the streets and our appearance. I'm sorry you were a scapegoat but if you invited the homeless into your church or a soup kitchen for a seat and a hot meal this wouldn't be an issue. Have them dispose of their trash, let them use the restroom ect. I wish you the best of luck but you have to see it from a local perspective as well. Tourists keep our roads paved, grass cut, street lights lit and so on. We need their help and support to do this, an excellent image brings return business. Unfortunately large groups of homeless eating on the sidewalks and participating in the situations I described above doesn't leave that ideal image.

That being said why don't you just invite them into your church?
