This is a great add-on to the OP. As much as I'd like to reduce carbon footprint, I'm not planning on moving to the desert and building a house out of used tires. It's admirable, it's cool, but it's just not for me. This list is stuff that anyone can do, it's green, and it ends up saving money. Thanks for posting.
