Kinda a stupid question, but what would happen if you launched a data center into space?

I am on my mobile phone so I don't have links readily available but I have read a few studies that detail several issues with humans living long term in zero G. I believe on of those items was loss of vision and other problems.

Do you think that humans can ever truly be a species that can live in zero G, or do you feel like in order to advance our reach in space we need to do more research into living in low G environments? For example, a rotating space habitat and or a lunar base?

As well, what do you think personally of the announced plans for the Deep Space Gateway? Do you think NASA should work towards a lunar base?

Finally, as an astronaut thar spent so much time in space, what other human factors need to be addressed in terms of developing a mission to Mars?
