Why do you think immortality for humans is a good idea?

Does your company have a Claims QA department that reviews your claims handling process and gives you feedback/scores?

I work for a company that provides a software tool for QA processes like this and I'm curious to find out if you're using our product (or something like it) and what you think of it.
