I hate interacting with your products (there isn't a word or phrasing strong enough to indicate how much I hate it.)

How do you live with yourself knowing that your product basically provides the cheapest, worst customer service experience a client can have?

I was told I have anxiety

This is one of my favorite doctor issues. They can't say "I don't know" because then you wouldn't trust them and they'd lose credibility. But you can chalk anything and everything up to "stress". They f*ckin' use it to diagnose everything. It was hundreds of years of thinking stress caused stomach ulcers. It took a research doctor with enough guts to unethically infect himself to prove to the community that they are, in fact, a viral infection.

Them: "You're a doctor? How long did you go to medical school?"

Me: "Not that kind.. the Ph.D. kind."

Them: "Oh..."

Me: "The kind with 2000 years of solid intellectual background and progress, Not the 'we were bloodletting evil humours, using leeches and drilling holes in people's heads in just the last century' kind"
