But it's not that I can't grasp the single aspect, it's that that aspect is false. It's objectively bad advice.
Once I read the passage in the Bible that says women on their periods are unclean along with everyone and everything they touch I can safely disregard the rest of the book.
It might have some other useful information but there are far better sources and better uses of my time. It serves myself infinitely.
