Just googled it, couldn't find anything. Even the wikipedia page is just a few sentence. You are right.

how do i verify that i have a problem? is there a checklist for me to use? a lot times ppl might just feel "bad" all the time but they would never even think of professional help due to the lack of awareness/knowledge.

maybe this sub should have a bad faith clause that permanently bars ppl like that from participating or locks the post if a top voted comment isn't responded to in a meaningful manner (like actually answering the questions asked)
