Are you familiar with the big cat park in Cave Junction Oregon? Are they legit and careful with their animals?

I bought a 5in plastic turkey chocolate mold that I want to use for orange jello. How can I make my jello so that the turkey will stand up? I also need to get the two halves to fold together... any tips on that? Appreciate the help!

My 15yr old little brother asked me to make jello squares like our grandma used to for thanksgiving this year. So I decided to take it one step further and make a jello turkey. The turkey will be surrounded with jello squares too.
