Oh god this reminds me of the time I was handling an auto claim for someone and the repair process on her car was "taking too long" and she went "I have a disability! I'm being discriminated against!"

I had no idea what this woman looked like. I'd never met her or seen her in person. We talked on the phone once. What's more, even if I was like "this chick has a disability! Let's prolong the process!" her car did not have a handicapped placard or any adaptive equipment. She didn't understand that body work can take a few days to be done. I had no idea she was disabled until she told me on the phone....
