Former army as well - not saying you’re bragging. But, all I see lately are bumper stickers boasting about serving, resent vets on here crying about benefits, etc. we signed up to serve- I don’t expect special treatment for something I singed up to do. Wanted to get your take on it.

Do you think the men who came back from WWII bragged about their service when they came home?
