Another optimistic pots patient here. Its not necessarily incurable, a majority of patients essentially "grow out" of pots in there 20's. So there's always hope

Another guy with pots here.
Your autonomic system controls digestion and food processing (loosly, source-my doctors). So I find it hard to eat anything at all, most days I will go without eating. I've lost around 7-10 pounds per month for the last 4 months. pots effects everyone differently so the op might have a different response.

Not op here, just a simple guy with pots. Most of my friends have actually stopped talking to me since my diagnosis but if I did have a friend I would say the most important thing for then to do is to simply understanding what I'm going through and be okay if I'm not always 100% up to something
