I'm 8 months post-op from total joint replacement of the temporomandibular joint, Le Fort 1 Osteotomy, Genioplasty, Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomy, and Bilateral Condylectomy. I've been morbidly curious about the intubation process they used.

How do you intubate someone when the surgery itself is in or around the mouth? Are there any graphics or maybe a YouTube link you might be able to find/share so I can visualize how they would've intubated me?

Awesome. Thanks!

The 'system', as another commenter indicated, is already automated to quite a degree. There are elements that are run and processed purely by tech, and others that require manual input/decisioning/escalation. The 'systems' used also likely depend on LOB (Line of Business). CCB (Consumer & Community Banking) for example, may very well use a different system than AWM (Asset & Wealth Management) may use.

AWM/CIB often go hand-in-hand, so I wouldn't be surprised.

This obviously doesn't cover every set of circumstances, but generally speaking, banking has gotten better. Regulations have tightened, there are more stringent policies, etc. This is highly dependent on LOB, institution, country, and other factors/criteria, but overall -- it has gotten better.
