Great job man. Trying to get my squat up, it's truly terrible. After doing some research I'm starting my program over (SL5x5) with high bar squats, any tips or cues? Knees keep tracking in, even on lighter weights now.

I love Candito. I'm about to start recording my form and asking for form checks.

I've deloaded several times to practice my technique and power. I've tried doing some dynamic stretching warm ups and foam roll which helps, but as soon as I get heavier in weight my spine feels like it compresses and feels super heavy on my back around my lower lats. So maybe weak lats or lower back? I guess I could do some accessory work.

That's hilarious, I just started to do this as my main warm up. That and glute squeezes I heard help build up a pattern. Thanks man.
