OP, please follow up with what happens!!

I was raised catholic, and among other things one question always bothered me. If Adam and Eve are the mother and father of all humans, how could that be? The fact that Eve was created with a rib from Adam would result in children with problems/possible deformities because of the similar DNA. Additionally, all future children would be descendants of this incestual line as well. Did I misread something or am I just missing a crucial piece of information?

How did you like being in the movie Borat? I feel like that must have been a novel experience!
