No, it's just that we have no seen any evidence of supersymmetry popping up at the electroweak scale (ie around the mass of the W, Z and HIggs bosons). For some processes experiments haven't seen anything up to 10x electroweak scale. This could mean that a) SUSY doesn't exist at this scale, and/or b) we aren't good at looking for it. Being in the field, I think that b) is the more likely option, since decoupling new physics from standard model processes is tough if the new physics behaves a lot like the old physics.
