Another one, sorry...do you ever get to know the outcome of what happened? Lets say you took a call with someone who was dying do you ever find out what happened once it ends?

Do you use the phrase "It's not rocket science"? Since you would know better than almost anyone.

With cell phones, you cant trace the address they have on file with the provider?

I watch a lot of lock up, the show where they show what prision life is like. How did you get over the mental idea of knowing you are there for 4 years when every day, I assume is the same? How did you pass the time?
