Do any truckers still use CB radios? My grandmother had one in her pickup truck and one of my earliest memories is trying out the different channels back in the 80's when I was a kid.

I had read that your permit was expired, so that is why you were ticketed. Is this true?

Many thanks for the explanation. I think a lot of people don't have the updated version. That said, have you thought about being "official" through a partnership with haven for hope? You could amplify your efforts by linking your customers to services. Perhaps skills training? I am sure there is a creative solution.
