My friend and I were recently discussing our favorites in the series. Feels good to have chosen the same one as you. Gift of Apollo is Sagan at his most evocative, and speaking no less to the greatest achievement of humankind. The moment of "...into myth... and legend" to the vision of Earthrise... goosebumps. Every time. Coincidentally, only the "Most Astounding Fact" video makes me as reliably misty, and it shares the same music. Goes to show how important the melodies we put to images are.
