I recently bought a dash cam but mine does not record speed or location. If I ever get into an accident would the insurance company bother trying to calculate speed from the video if someone else caused the accident?

Do you know some good universities to look for a bird-related assistantship? I have a bio degree + four years of bird banding field jobs (starting a new one in a couple weeks) but I'm starting the grad school hunt and I'm getting a little overwhelmed.

I am registered to donate and have been for a while. I was matched with someone about a year ago and got blood tests and everything, but unfortunately something happened on the other end and I wasn't able to donate.

My question is, if you were called to donate once, are you more likely to be called a second time? I'd like to have another chance in the future.

I recently installed a dash cam in my car. I know in some countries a dash cam can give you a discount on your insurance. This isn't the case in the US for all (most?) insurance companies, but is this just a case of them being a bit slow to catch up to technology or are dashcam discounts unlikely to happen in the future?
