Is this something available to civilians? I poked around the internet a bit and this seems like it might be it, but not sure.

The app is free and doesn't (from what I can tell) have any microtransactions. Seems like the dude is legitimately concerned about the state of reading in the US and just wants to help people.

Interesting -- I assume Kun Gao's response is the multiple chain of deleted comments? Hate I missed it. I don't guess anybody got a screen capture?

Take some solace, at least, in the fact that your sharing the story means at least a handful of folks will avoid their airline at all costs. Which will of course cost them more in airfare than your (likely less than $1000) deductible.
