Rock climbers have belaying glasses to reduce neck strain. They'd probably be pretty idiotic for everyday conversational use for /u/antigiant, but for work they might make a lot of sense. Unless of course /u/antigiant makes a living out of pushing social norms or something.

Air Force Medic whored tasked out to the Army in AFG '11/'12 here. From the line side, have clear standing orders. Don't give me a 10mg carpuject of MS04 if you don't trust me to use it correctly.

From the clinic side, because I was lucky enough to have that responsibility too, it's the same as any ER. Be a calm confident leader. If my provider is loosing their shit, regardless of circumstance, that'll totally fuck my trust in them.
