Is it easier or harder to get off?

Has physical spying become obsolete with the advent of computers?

Are there any countries that the US cares so little about that they don't even bother with spying on them?

I wondered about the quality of guard llamas until I saw one get agitated. We were out in west Texas at a hunting lease, and the owner ran goats (if you're wondering, they were friendly and great to pet). So this guard llama gets pissed one day and gets to running and jumping over shit. It moved as fast as a horse, but could corner on a dime and jump like the wind. It's hard to imagine unless you've seen it, but it was truly awe inspiring. I feel bad for any coyote that messes with that herd.
