What do you think of the Pirate Party?

Have you ever had shifty customers that seemed to be running from the law?

I'm Romanian, and I don't recall ever sounding like that :P

This depends entirely on the genetic variability of the virus and the efficacy of the vaccine. If a small vaccine-resistant strain exists, or one develops before the disease is eradicated, it will just spread willy-nilly without competition(since people won't really care enough to quarantine, anyway), and the vaccine will be useless for it.
