most of that is transliterated arabic dialect or kurdish or something. I'm trying to make some of it out but I can't exactly recognize it. The first part may be something about him or his father or son? abu is father in arabic. The last word, hmar, is arabic for donkey. so ya hmar is literally "you donkey" but probably means something much worse in slang. Either way he is cursing him out essentially.
