What country has zero issues with their own unwanted dogs? Seems odd to ship dogs somewhere else that already has a surplus.

All pet breeds are human made. We can't create them, recklessly breed them, then go around killing them.

A lack of torture and there is a huge difference in the level of consciousness between a dog and a mouse.

Pet breeds are not wild animals part of any natural food chain, they are artificially created by man, so men abusing them isn't right.

Iran created these dogs and now wants to torture them because their dumb religion claims animals are bad.
